It can only be used in one way and isn't able to allow for a car seat, or other accessories such as the bassinet stand and rain cover, cup holder or a child's snack tray. The MIXX Next is the better option for those who want more, as it can take these accessories.

3. Cybex Gazelle
The Cybex Gazelle is a great choice for parents who want a stroller to grow with their family. It is a "modular" stroller or "convertible" stroller, and it can be set up in more than 20 ways to accommodate different seat units including infant car seats, cots and cradles.
We are awestruck by the fact that the Cybex Gazelle is light and easy to move making it perfect for parents who love to explore. It also comes with a massive storage basket under it and plenty of attachments to give parents the option to take their light shopping or groceries with it. It's a little more expensive than other 2 in one prams, but it's definitely worth the investment because the quality and function are top-notch.
This stroller has a harness that can be pulled in one pull, making securing your child's seat a breeze and includes the sun canopy, which has XXL removable panels and peek-a-boo windows. Sophie, a mum from London, tested the stroller with her two daughters, aged 5 and 10 months. She pushed it over bumpy hilly ground and cobbled streets and found the stroller to be very smooth and easy to maneuver. 4. Joovy Twin Roo+
A minimalist frame stroller, the Twin Roo+ offers car seat click-in compatibility and a large storage bin. It's one of the lightest twin strollers on the market. It weighs 24 pounds without infant car seat attachments, which is light for a double stroller. It's a little heavier than both the UPPAbaby v2 double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 double.
The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide, and is easy to use. It is easy to put together and is road-ready within less than 10 minutes. It doesn't have an integrated canopy therefore your children will need to wear their own sunshades if you need extra coverage from the elements.
During our tests, we discovered that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that performed well. It can navigate most terrains, but has trouble with grassy areas as well as over gravel. It can be difficult to steer it up and over curbs that are 1 inch in height. We wouldn't recommend taking this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does offer excellent suspension to minimize bumps for passengers.
The Roo+ has a large storage bin under the seat, but it's difficult to access without removing infant car seats. This is a common issue twin frame strollers commonly face however Joovy offers a separate underseat baby carrier to solve this problem.
Unlike other top-scoring models, the Roo+ does not have a self standing fold or cup holders. It's a small cost to pay for the car storage and seat compatibility, however, we'd prefer to have a stroller that has more flexibility. The flexibility of its seating configuration is a benefit, however it lets parents put their infant car seats in opposite directions or in the same direction to better meet their needs.
